Lakefront ride Sunday!
Training ride, 35 miles This week we're doing a 35 mile ride on the lakefront. First group will roll around 22mph, second group at 16-18mph.

Westbank ride tomorrow! Great weather forecast. Tailwind finish!
Training ride, 34 miles Back to the westbank! Meeting at the Old Gretna Ferry Landing for a 34 mile ride. Leaving at 7:00am. Do not fear the bridge, it's absolutely worth the 10 minute drive from the Eastbank! Helmet required! Registration is helpful, but not required!
