Sometimes the best meals are the simplest... Niehus beef, onion and cilantro from the garden... dinner is served!

We had some crazy weather to get through to take the cattle to &M Custom Butchering this morning! BUT, the second load is just a few miles from being delivered.

We also lost power at the ranch. So... PSA... check your freezers after storms to make sure they're ON!!! 🥶⛈️

Sometimes progress means being stuck in traffic for an extra 30 minutes... even when you can see your home.

Some nights... you ride at dusk... with Michael Jordan. 😂
