Today, JHS Culinary and FCCLA members served a Thanksgiving meal to the senior citizens of the Jarrell community. Region/Chapter Officer Ayla Crane shared information about FCCLA and JHS Culinary Student Noah Brindle shared information about our Culinary classes. So proud of this group of students for their hard work and the rest of the culinary students for preparing this meal. Your hard work does not go unnoticed and is APPRECIATED!

Our Region Officer is busier than ever nowadays!! Ayla Crane, Region V VP of Service Learning, attended an Executive Council meeting this morning with her fellow region officers. They discussed final details in preparation for our Region V competition in February! Ayla also helped host a Fall Leadership workshop for students of the Cibolo, Texas area, along with two other officers.

Huge shoutout to our other Chapter Officers, Angelica, Nachand, and Matthew for volunteering to attend the workshop in order to support their fellow Chapter Officer, Ayla. You guys rock!! We appreciate YOU!

Jarrell FCCLA traveled to The State Fair of Texas in Dallas, Texas to promote Ag Awareness day through Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSO’s) like FCCLA and FFA. This was a “members only” trip and we had an AMAZING turnout with over 50 members in attendance! Thank you members!🎡

We would also like to give a huge shoutout to our amazing parent volunteer Kelly Glenn! Mrs. Glenn and her family personally made goodie bags for each student on the trip and chaperoned with Miss Hernandez. Mrs. Glenn was an amazing help, we could not have made the trip without her. Thank you Mrs. Glenn!!!
