Turkey Tracks Mini-Farm

Set up my camera to capture me milking Millie this morning…only to accidently capture my new fainting goat, Posey, figure out how to escape. She surprised me and was right next to me and about scared me to death…all during this video I had NO CLUE she was sneaking out 🤪😂

Or is it truly “unpaid” 😆😆 but man am I thankful for my man and the labor he puts in 🥰🥰

Anybody else? It’s always something but this is my happy place ❤️

When I started researching goats years ago, I landed on Nigerian dwarfs as the perfect fit for us. Adorable, didn’t require much space and food while also the potential to being good milkers. The smaller size was great because I knew it would be me and the kids handling them the most. BUT after you’ve milked some tiny teats, and don’t loooveee their milk I opened up to other ideas. Millie came already trained to milk, super sweet & friendly and easy to handle. Granted she is super loud, but so far we LOVE her and are getting so much milk!
