I swear everytime I say “this house will be a quick and easy flip” the big man upstairs has a good laugh. What was supposed to be a quick 3 week project turned into four months, numerous unseen issues came up, and a 50k budget turned into 97k real fast. But the bright side is it finally sold and I can have some of my sanity back

This is a Federal Pacific panel. Insurance companies will not insure these types. This is something to keep in mind if thinking of selling soon and what route you may go. And yes even though it works great and you’ve never had issues with it, insurance companies do. 🌈
