To start our Quarterly Kickoff, we started with an exercise centered around purpose.

As an organization everything comes back to our purpose of providing meaningful work. But we wanted to hear from our teammates on what their purpose is to "keep the main thing, the main thing."

Last week, we had the amazing opportunity to team up with our friends at Roc Solid Foundation again!

Jessica Smith, Lindsey Jackson, and our summer iTerns Avery Strain and Madison Erwin rolled up their sleeves to assemble and deliver a playhouse for a local family.

Roc Solid Foundation creates spaces where kids battling pediatric cancer can simply be kids.

From building the playhouse to watching it come to life as a place for imagination and play, this project reminded us: even small acts of service can leave a lasting impact. 💙🧡

This Independence Day, we celebrate the freedoms that bring us together—and the people who dedicate themselves to serving others every day.

Long weekend is in full swing.

One of the things we're most proud of . . . our culture doesn't live in our Jacksonville office, it lives in our people.

Our Denver crew, Michee Zydiak, Kasey Malouff and Aubrey Davis Lockhart took time out of their busy schedules to connect and enjoy a beautiful Colorado day on the trails!

If you know us, you know we love to dream big. So much so, that we've implemented our very own Dream Program based on the principles from Matthew Kelly's "The Dream Manager".

So we couldn't let our iTerns miss out on such an important part of our culture. Yesterday our they were able to have their own Dream Day, full of exercises to think outside the box on big dreams.🧡

Spotify swapped their logo for a disco ball and somehow made it a moment blended with chaos, but more importantly confidence.

There's something genuinely refreshing about a brand that knows who they are and leans into it. In a world where everyone is chasing the same look and feel, that kind of quiet confidence stands out.

At iMethods, that spirit feels pretty familiar. In an industry that keeps consolidating, we've stayed independently and privately owned, people-first in the way we work and the relationships we build. Not because it makes for a good tagline, but because it's simply how we've always operated.
