PEARLS (Positive Engagement Accelerates Relevant Leadership Skills) creates opportunities for diverse learners.
The PEARLS program is sponsored by Tristan's Acceleration Academy, Inc, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. PEARLS provides educational and cultural enrichment activities designed to improve logical thinking, encourage innovative ideas, foster teambuilding and to increase civic engagement. The goal is for students to learn concepts utilizing real world applications with follow up opportunities.

We are more than an educational space—we are a movement guided by creativity, joy, and the wisdom of heritage. Through interdisciplinary programming, community engagement, and experiential learning, we equip youth to lead with brilliance, resilience, and rooted identity.

The PEARLS enjoy planting with Greenscape of Jacksonville
For 50 years, Greenscape of Jacksonville has planted trees, empowered communities, and shaped a greener city, tree by tree. What began as a citizen-led initiative in 1975 has grown into a region-wide movement that continues to transform parks, schools, roadways, and neighborhoods across our Northeast Florida communities.
