YouTube terminated my channel.

After 15 years on the platform without a single strike, the PowerRackStrength YouTube channel is gone. From what I can tell, it appears to be related to peptide discussions, but YouTube does not give you much explanation when they make a decision like this.

It is disappointing, but we are not going anywhere.

We are moving forward, and we are moving fast.

Long-form videos will now be going to Rumble, while we continue posting across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and PowerRackStrength.com. We also have bigger plans in the works to bring more of our content directly through PowerRackStrength.com moving forward.

If you have followed my work on YouTube, please follow the new Rumble account now. This is where the long-form content will continue, and we need everyone who has supported us over the years to make the move with us.

YouTube was never the foundation of what we do. It was simply one way we delivered the information.

PowerRackStrength.com is still the hub for everything Brian Carroll, the McGill Method, injury resilience, training, performance, consultations, and everything we are building next.

We are not slowing down. We are stepping it up.

Being told, “Your MRI doesn’t look that bad, so you shouldn’t be in this much pain,” can leave a patient feeling completely dismissed.

Dr. Joe Camisa experienced this firsthand after injuring his back near the end of PT school. He kept training through it, sought help from clinicians he trusted, and continued getting worse.

The problem is that an MRI report is only one piece of the puzzle. Words like “minimal,” “insignificant,” or “unremarkable” don’t automatically explain how much pain someone is experiencing, what movements aggravate them, or how the injury is affecting their life.

Imaging needs context. The patient needs an assessment. And if someone is simply telling you that you “shouldn’t hurt that bad” without digging deeper, it may be time to seek another opinion.

Why do so many physical therapists struggle to get people out of back pain?

Dr. Joe Camisa and I talk about what may be contributing to the problem, from clinicians feeling underprepared to relying on approaches that may not translate well into real-world outcomes.

When back pain makes up such a large portion of orthopedic cases, you would expect clinicians to become better and better at solving it. But if poor outcomes aren’t being tracked, patients simply stop coming back, or the same interventions keep getting repeated, it can be difficult to know what is actually working.

Sometimes the biggest hurdle isn’t learning something new. It’s being willing to unlearn what isn’t working.

TRAINING LOG: 9/19/2026

Back training legs, pulling again, and building momentum.

This session with Daniel Holmes was all about getting quality work in without forcing anything. Bird dogs, leg extensions, SquatMax-MD belt squats, modified glute-ham raises, block trap-bar deadlifts, and suitcase carries to finish.

It feels good to be loading the lower body again and gradually rebuilding strength after the hamstring issues. Nothing crazy, just stacking productive sessions and moving in the right direction.

Daniel is pushing hard with bodybuilding and jujitsu, and we have been feeding off each other's energy in training. I am also learning a ton from him on the wrestling and grappling side.

Daniel Holmes has lived through competition, bad decisions, close calls, loss, jail, faith, and a complete shift in how he approaches life.

In this conversation, we get into the parts of his story that shaped him most, including sports, the choices that nearly cost him everything, and how training, faith, forgiveness, and accountability helped change his direction.

TRAINING LOG: 8/29/2026

Getting back into more squat-specific work and finally starting to feel like everything is tracking the way it should again.

A lot of this session was about rebuilding good movement patterns. Double PRS Mini

Bands on the bodyweight squats, more consistent foot position, better control through the hips, and continuing to clean up the compensations that showed up after injury.

Big thanks to Dr. Joe Camisa for the help getting me moving in the right direction.

Also got plenty of work in on the SquatMax-MD, chest press, calves, and tib raises. Training is going well, and most importantly, everything is starting to feel more normal again.

Use code BC$50 on a SquatMax-MD.

I managed to tear up both shoulders within a matter of months, but I was still able to work my way back to pressing, rowing, carrying, and grappling without completely shutting training down.

The biggest lesson was simple: you cannot rely on recovery tools while ignoring the mechanical problem that keeps irritating the injury. Shoulder stabilization, thoracic mobility, rowing, smart training adjustments, peptides, and microcurrent all played a role in my process.
