I've been helping individuals and families navigate Medicare, life insurance, long term care planning, and retirement strategies for over a decade.
One thing I've learned:
Most people don't need more information.
They need someone they can trust to help them make sense of it all.

Today is a reminder that our seniors deserve more than care, they deserve protection, respect, and a voice.
Letβs stand together to ensure every older adult feels safe, heard, and valued. π
Most people think about the medical side of cancer.
Fewer people think about the financial side.
Even with health insurance, a cancer diagnosis can create expenses that many families aren't prepared for, including travel costs, time away from work, lodging, and other everyday expenses.
In this video, I explain why some people choose to add cancer insurance as part of their overall financial protection strategy.
What insurance topic would you like to see covered next?
One of the biggest fears people have about retirement isn't dying.
It's running out of money.
Most people spend years focused on building a retirement account, but far fewer spend time thinking about how they'll turn those savings into a paycheck once they stop working.
A successful retirement isn't about having the most money.
It's about having confidence that your income can support the lifestyle you want for the rest of your life.
In this video, I discuss one of the most important questions in retirement planning:
Will my money last?
What concerns you most about retirement? Let me know in the comments.
We have another question from a senior:
"If I lose my employer health coverage, can I get Medicare?"
In many cases, the answer is yes.
Losing employer coverage may qualify you for a Medicare Special Enrollment Period (SEP), allowing you to enroll in Medicare or make changes to your coverage outside of the normal enrollment windows.
One of the biggest mistakes people make is waiting too long and missing important deadlines, which can lead to gaps in coverage or even late enrollment penalties.
In this video, I explain how Special Enrollment Periods work and what you should know if your employer coverage is ending.
Have a Medicare question you'd like answered in a future video? Leave it in the comments.

π© New Insurance Agents: Here's a Red Flag to Watch For
If you join an agency and the only leads they have you working are another agent's old clients after that agent has left the company, you should be asking some questions.
Why?
Because if the agency can't provide qualified leads, referrals, marketing support, or a system to help you grow your own book of business, what exactly is their growth strategy?
Even more importantly, are you being encouraged to replace coverage that was already sold just to generate commissions?
If that's the case, that's a huge red flag.
As agents, our job is to help clients find the coverage that best fits their needs. It's not to churn business, create unnecessary plan changes, or treat clients like a commodity.
A strong agency should be helping you build a sustainable business, not simply handing you someone else's clients and hoping you can squeeze more production out of them.
New agents: Ask questions. Understand where your opportunities are coming from. And make sure you're building a business you can be proud of.
π¬ What's the biggest red flag you've seen in the insurance industry?
Did you know?
The average cost of a heart attack or stroke hospitalization can exceed tens of thousands of dollars? And thatβs just the start. Lost income, ongoing care, and household bills can put enormous strain on your finances. Heart Attack & Stroke Insurance is designed to help you weather the storm.
Letβs talk about how Heart Attack & Stroke Insurance can provide the protection you deserve.
