We are now serving farm inspired vegan food at the Riverside Arts Market every Saturday. We always source the best local and organic ingredients.

Dig Foods' approach and philosophy are based in an agrarian mindset, believing that health and happiness are greatly connected to what you eat and the environment you live in. It is our goal to showcase the gifts of the dirt, to prepare vegetables in a manner pleasing to the palate, that will nourish and inspire. Well Jacksonville it has been a little over three years since we started Dig Foods. This has been a great adventure and a fulfilling learning experience. I am thankful for each step we have taken since the first Valentine's Dinner at the old Underbelly in five points. I have meet so many great friends and had the pleasure to work with some of the finest people in this city. It is now time for me to move on. I will be moving to North Carolina to be close to family and enjoy the beautiful bounty that the Piedmont has to offer. I will be posting thanks and remembrances in the upcoming days and weeks. Thank you Jacksonville.

Once again we are posted up at the Beaches Market. We have a new batch of Ginger Berry Jam, Chickpea Pie and more. We will be here till 5pm come check us out.

Carrot Choripan with Spiced White Beans and Chimichurri... its a (carrot dog with white bean chili and an herb sauce)
Miso Soba Soup (nice way to warm yourself)
Braised Oyster Mushrooms w/Arugula a Butternut Sauce and "Mercury Wings" from Intuition Ale Works

We have created a special menu for this Thursday

We are partnering up with Jaxsons Night Market this Thursday evening to celebrate beer, local food and community as part of Intuition Ale Works four year anniversary celebrations!

A number of contributors to Cooking with Intuition will be serving up dishes prepared with Intuition brews, like Dig Foods - Sean Sigmon will have his Saison-Braised Oyster Mushrooms from the cookbook!
