ERC is open to any individual interested in the sport of rowing and welcomes people of all ages.
We offer private lessons, a masters program for adults, and a competitive youth development program for middle and high school students. Our Mission:
To promote total mind and body development through discipline, practice, and structured trainings. To help build confidence, leadership skills, team unity, and lasting friendships. To encourage and inspire an intense passion for the sport of rowing with the knowledge that through dedication and hard work, greatness is achieved.

Not just any man can take the role of being a crew dad. A crew dad might drive his rower to practice before the sun rises, he might drive a van full of rowers to eat afterwards. He might volunteer at regattas to be a stake boat holder.
A crew dad is always the loudest voice on the shoreline and the biggest smile and hug when his rower finally lands on the dock. He probably went out of his way at some point in his child’s rowing career to learn the rowing lingo and how to read a heat sheet. A crew dad could even be a coach, but no matter what, he’s the best kind of dad a rower could have!
