Prominence was nominated for Crocker Partners' 2020 "Best Looking Property" Award. With over 44M square ft owned/managed to date, that's kind of a big deal. Though we didn't bring home the first-place prize, we won't stop striving to keep Prominence beautiful. We know we look good!

For the last 4 years, Crocker Partners has donated warehouse space to Bright Holidays for their annual operations. Bright Holidays works with local schools to identify underprivileged children in Jacksonville & the surrounding areas. Each child receives an outfit, a coat, socks, a toy, a book, and a sleeping bag. The family of each child receives a generous gift card for groceries from Southeastern Grocers (Winn-Dixie). Prominence is proud to be home to Bright Holidays AND Southeastern Grocers!
