Tomorrow is Quarterly Mental Health Day. ❤️
We invite you to join Project Human Inc. at Aspendos Italian Cuisine and Pizza for a human-first community gathering focused on PTSD, transitions, creative healing, and community connection.
Sometimes one conversation can shift something.
One story can help someone feel less alone.
One creative moment can open a new perspective.
One shared meal can remind us that community still matters.
Come out, bring a friend, support a local business, and be part of the conversation.

What can you expect at Quarterly Mental Health Day?
A table. A conversation. A meal. A creative activity. A moment to pause.
This Saturday, Project Human Inc. will gather at Aspendos Italian Cuisine and Pizza for a community conversation focused on PTSD, transitions, creative healing, and connection.
This is not a formal conference. It is a human-first space created to bring mental health conversations into everyday local places where humans already gather.
Come to listen.
Come to share.
Come to create.
Come to support a local business.
Come to be reminded that you are not alone.

This week, we are bringing the conversation back to the community. ❤️
Project Human Inc. invites you to join us for our upcoming Quarterly Mental Health Day on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 11:30 AM–3:00 PM at Aspendos Italian Cuisine and Pizza.
This gathering will focus on PTSD, transitions, creative healing, and community connection.
For many of us, healing is not just about the big moments. Sometimes it is learning how to move through the small transitions of daily life — getting out of survival mode, entering a new space, starting again, asking for support, or simply feeling safe enough to take the next step.
Come out, bring a friend, share a meal, create with us, and be part of a human-first conversation.

Let’s support each other. Let’s support local. Let’s build community together.

For years, one of the hardest parts of living with CPTSD was learning how to transition.
Not just the big life transitions — but the moment-to-moment ones.
Getting out of bed. Moving from one task to another. Leaving the house. Entering a room. Starting a conversation. Ending one. Shifting from survival mode into daily life. For a long time, those transitions felt confusing, overwhelming, and sometimes impossible to explain. I often felt stupid, too much, behind, or like everyone else knew how to function in a way I could not figure out.
What I have learned is that healing is not always about forcing yourself to move like everyone else. Sometimes it is about finding new, creative, honest ways to understand how you move, what helps you transition, what does not, and what gives your body and mind permission to feel safe enough to take the next step.
That is part of why this upcoming Project Human Inc. Quarterly Mental Health Day matters so much to me.
On Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 11:30 AM–3:00 PM, we will gather at Aspendos Italian Cuisine and Pizza for a community conversation focused on PTSD, transitions, creative healing, and community connection.
This is not about having all the answers. It is about showing up as humans. It is about sharing stories, creating together, supporting a local business, and giving ourselves space to see life, healing, and community from a new perspective.
I invite you to come out, bring a friend, share a meal, create with us, and be part of uplifting the community.
You never know who may need to hear something differently, feel seen in a new way, or realize they are not alone.
Come as you are. Let’s support each other. Let’s build community together. ❤️

📣 We are excited to introduce Fuel Your Fire & Spread the Flame, a new Project Human Inc. community awareness campaign created to bring small moments of hope, inspiration, and human connection into everyday spaces.
Through this campaign, red cards and envelopes with inspirational messages will begin showing up inside local businesses, restaurants, salons, coffee shops, wellness spaces, bookstores, and community locations. Each message is meant to meet someone where they are, offer a moment of reflection, and remind them that even a small spark of encouragement can make a difference.
When you see one, we invite you to pick one up, reflect on the message, and grab another to share with a friend, family member, coworker, or someone who may need it.
🗣The call to action is simple: Pick. Share. Tag. Pass it on.
This is more than a campaign. It is a reminder that community care can start with one message, one human, one business, and one small act of support.
