Happy to have been part of this remodel!! Couldn’t have asked for a better end result. There were some hiccups with materials through the process but we were able to work with the customer to over come them and give them a beautiful kitchen in return!!!
Have the pleasure of doing this kitchen remodel for a friend of ours, looking forward to posting the final results when everything is wrapped up!

*Last week’s job*
Had the pleasure of working with a good friend of ours on his house last week. We removed the existing vinyl skirting and replaced it with rough cut lumber to transform the look of this home. Next week we will be adding a bigger porch along with some steps

-Main Water Line Repair-
The Water main broke on this home due to age and corrosion, it not being protected from the elements caused it to fail. We replace the broken pipe and installed a new ball valve along with installing a covered box to ensure this pipe wouldn’t break again.

Water damage can hide sometimes
This one was on a mobile home we did yesterday the wood rot was not visible to the eye unless you pulled back the siding!
We removed the siding revealing that the existing 2x6 and exterior sheeting had rotted through due to improper flashing.
We removed all rot and inspected to make sure no further damage was done then installed a new 2x6 with new sheeting to insure the strength of this doorway was restored!!

This is a little before and after.
After pressure washing their home the home owner found out that they had substantial rot to the chimney siding on their home. We removed the rotted areas and checked to make sure there wasn’t any more hidden rot
After inspection we installed new siding and trim boards. This was a decent one.

Installed all new interior doors, frames and exterior doors on this amazing home on black creek for a much needed update. 👏🏼
We had a few issues with shipping but that didn’t stop us!!!

We completed our ductwork install!!
This one proved to be harder than others, the pitch of the roof was only a 2/12 with a maximum clearance of 16inches!!!
Sadly this is the only picture I was able to snag of the install due to me barely fitting in the attic😂😂😂
This one was a good one though!!! we always enjoy the opportunity to deliver a quality product to our clients.

Today was a great day! Got to climb in this attic to do a ductwork demo due to old condensating duct that was causing ceiling collapses in a home.
Stay tuned for updates on this one! We will be completely replacing the ductwork inside this tight attic!!

Just got finished with another exterior door this morning!
We removed the existing screen door and front door and replaced it with a fiberglass door that the customer picked out!!
