Plumbing repair service and water conditioning.

With all this rain we’re having it is important to be aware of the damages caused by flooding and the potential hazards to your homes water supply. Improper back-flow prevention can cause contamination to the water entering your home whether you’re on city or well supply. If you are on a septic tank (especially a gravity fed system) this amount of precipitation can be very problematic for the drain field and overall function of the septic system. Call me to schedule a full inspection on your water supply or sewer systems and let’s get any issues addressed before it becomes even more problematic.

Pictured is a burst water main underneath the driveway due to washout from heavy rain and flooding. Repair was done in 4hrs including backfilling the concrete that was removed.

Old rusted out cast iron drain lines underneath the house can cause all kinds of nasty issues such as foul odor, slow draining fixtures, frequent clogs, and so on. Getting them out of there and replaced with PVC is a necessary upgrade. Call me to get it done!

Quick Friday afternoon emergency repair. Landscapers busted the hose bib and then the main line to the house. I was in and out in under an hour and got the homeowners water back on for the weekend. Accidents happen and emergency situations are part of the job. Call

Rusted out galvanized ni**le for a hose bib that broke off and the only way to stop the water was to shut it off to the whole house. Customer called me early Saturday and I was able to make it out within a couple hours. Long story short it was a total mess. Had to bust out concrete from the interior wall in order to remove the wing-out that was cemented into the brick (all very wrong). 2-3hours later the problem was solved and they had the water back on!

Please don’t wait until it’s too late! This was dangerously close to being a total disaster. Corrosion and leaks put your home at high risk for fire and flooding.

Always a fun day pulling water heaters out of attics! Double the fun when the previous installer left the old one up there also. Two water heaters out of an attic space and one new one went up. Then another one on the unit downstairs 🥵🥵
