I’m currently working on an incredible collection of WWII-era photographs from the India–China–Burma theater that has been carefully preserved for decades. From fragile prints to handwritten materials and historic keepsakes, each piece is being digitized with care so these memories can be safely preserved and shared for generations to come.

A Jacksonville woman was walking past the home she grew up in—years after her family had sold it.

The new homeowner noticed her and came outside.
They started talking.

And then…

👉 “Do you want to come inside?”

She walked through rooms she hadn’t seen in years…
sharing memories from another time.

Then the homeowner paused and said:

“Wait… I found something in the attic.”

She came back holding four small strips of 35mm film—slightly bent, a little crumpled.

They had been left behind when her family moved.

Forgotten.
For years.

That night, she searched for someone local who could help.
