Family owned and operated eviction only process serving company. We have been serving process in Duval County for over 35 years.

Steps for a successful service:

- YOU file the paperwork necessary with the courthouse, civil division
- Contact Doris via the First Coast FB messenger or phone # listed to arrange drop off/pick up of eviction paperwork to be served along with monies due ($35 PER DEFENDANT) check or money order only
- Eviction will be served within 48 business hours after paperwork is received
- Original return of service will be filed with the clerk of the courts and a copy of the return of service will be mailed back to you, the plaintiff
- Repeat for all eviction needs! :)
