I don't know if this is true for you: to me, it feels as if I've had the rug pulled out from underneath me. It feels unstable. Imbalanced. Chaotic. It's painful living in a body when you are surrounded by uncertainty. But it's worse if you tune out.

That is the problem - we've been programmed to ignore the signals our own bodies are sending.

Engage with your divine self with a sense of humor! You are not an expression of your divine self only on a Tuesday between 9 to 5 or on a Friday after work, or even on a Sunday alone. Claim the truth of yourself by stating, “I know what I am.” Sense it; as you do, you tap into the eternal divine nature that is you. This eclipses all other false identifications and narratives.

What are you holding onto? What if the nature of life is not impermanence but growth? What if holding on to past selves, old relationships, stuff that represents who you might have been - All impedes growth and therefore blocks you from growth? - Leaving you stuck in impermanence, instead of embracing what is new, bigger, more expansive?
