After 28 years in business I’m officially closing the doors on Schenimann Construction. After my dads passing 3 years ago it just isn’t the same, it was our venture together. Now it’s time for change and new ventures on my own. Thank you to all the customers that we had over the years.

I spent last week and the first of this week changing out screws and shining up screws and nail heads and sealing them.
If your metal roof is in need of repair let me know and we will get you fixed up.

We are looking for complete roof replacements and roof repairs.

I caught my tire screwing around today instead of working. Can't even get a tire to work in 2020

I got a call last week about a chimney with a leak inside and this is what I found.

I went to clean out a customers gutters last week on the front of there house and decided to check on the back gutters.
This is what I found. Trees growing out of the fear awning.
Got it all cleaned up.

This bay window we wrapped with metal originally had a shingle roof and siding on the bottom.
I think it looks very clean.

It's that time of year, that's right It's Flu season..
Before you fire up your wood burner for this season.
You should get your chimney checked every year, wood burning stove or fireplace.
If you used it last year and plan to use it this year, get it checked out.
Did you know flu fires are are very real possibility if you don't maintain your flu.
I learned this the hard way.
I've experienced 1 it was minor and contained
Nothing got damaged, noone got hurt.
We were very lucky.
