We work in partnership with a wide spectrum of organizations to implement and advocate for energy conservation and emissions reduction in Jackson Hole.

In 2009, former World Bank President James Wolfensohn inspired our community leaders, including former Mayor Mark Barron, to transform Jackson Hole in to a leader in energy conservation and use our special history and landscape to share the message, encouraging people around the world to act. Leaders from the Town of Jackson, Teton County, and Lower Valley Energy created Energy Conservation Works,

Elections are underway for Lower Valley Energy Board of Directors seats in Districts 1, 2, and 7. Members in those districts can now vote by mail or online through SmartHub.

🗳️ Lower Valley Energy Board of Director Elections Are Underway!

Members in districts 1, 2, & 7 will begin receiving your paper ballots in the mail this week for the 2026 Lower Valley Energy Board of Directors election.

For added convenience, online voting is now open through your SmartHub account or through an email link you received on June 4. Simply click on the email link or log in to the SmartHub app or online portal to review the candidates and cast your vote electronically.

This year’s election includes Board Director seats for:

• District 1
• District 2
• District 7
• District 6 - Director Max Moran was uncontested.

Support ECW Through Fine Dining’s Two for $2 Fundraiser!

From April 27–May 3, dine out and support Energy Conservation Works at select Fine Dining restaurants. During this promotion, guests can purchase one dinner entrée and get a second entrée for $2, and 100% of the $2 second-entrée purchase will be donated to that week’s featured beneficiary: ECW from April 27 to May 3.

It’s an easy and delicious way to buy local and support ECW so we can keep making energy efficiency and renewable energy more accessible and affordable in our community.
