Purple is the color for domestic violence awareness because it symbolizes courage, honor, peace, and survival for victims and survivors. October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. The association with purple dates back to the women's suffrage movement's use of purple white and gold to represent these values. The color was chosen to raise awareness and honor those affected by domestic violence.

We are so sad that we've lost such an amazing man!

This is the Safe Hope Center ribbon cutting on 10/15/15. I was going to ask JR to speak at our 10 year anniversary celebration on 10/15/25. 🥺

He will be missed by all who knew and loved this wonderful human!

If you're in need of help, please call us 731-425-8186 or stop by. WRAP's hotline, that is answered 24 hours a day, is 800-273-8712. If it's an emergency dial 911.

Sometimes Facebook is wonky and I don't get messages right away from people who are reaching out for help.

Today was a fantastic day! We got to share what we do with all of the Jackson City employees at the employee health fair. After that, we received a very generous donation from Stacy Miller with Tennessee Correctional Services of $500 and a car load of supplies! Thank you Stacy!!!
