Hi there! If you're new to the page, you may be wondering who I am. My name is Rachel, and in addition to being a maternity, newborn, and family photographer I am a mom to 3 rowdy boys.

I might not always get back to that message or e-mail immediately. I probably saw it when I was getting into the car, or right when my toddler asked for *another* carrot he won't finish.

I will absolutely talk your ear off after your session if you let me. I don't mind if you tell me you really have somewhere to be - it's OK, I know myself! lol

And when I get your photos edited, I'm going to be soo excited to share them with you. I may even pop into your DMs so you see them sooner.

How have you been holding up in the cold?

Personally, I've been under a few blankets with a mug of coffee (& sometimes tea), wishing I could hibernate until summer, but alas... Michigan.

Let's capture family portraits that really matter. Picture this, you and your family enjoying hot cocoa on your front porch, building gingerbread houses in your kitchen, and putting the star on top of your tree. Those are the memories we really want to savor this holiday season, aren't they?

What are you most thankful for today?

I love newborn photos so much, but I think my favorite part of your newborn session is getting that first family photo. It's so important to me that we take the time to capture a beautiful image of you with your brand new little one.

They will never be this small again.

Someday you'll find some old photos of your little one that you'd forgotten about. The photos will take you back in time, and you'll be astonished by how much your baby has changed.

These newborn portraits are priceless.
