A wildfire is burning at the top of Spread Creek on the Blackrock Ranger District of the U.S. Forest Service-Bridger-Teton National Forest. The Forest Service is asking the public to STAY OFF THE FLAGSTAFF ROAD while firefighting efforts are underway.

🌩️⚡️🌬️Heads up anyone enjoying outdoor activities today! US National Weather Service Riverton Wyoming is forecasting scattered showers and thunderstorms across Western Wyoming this afternoon, with wind gusts exceeding 50 mph, and isolated gusts over 70 mph possible! Dry lightning is also possible. Most shower and thunderstorm activity is expected between 1pm-8pm today. Stay safe and adjust your plans if needed.

TETON_WY ALERTS-All clear. Utility crews have secured the gas leak near High School Rd and S Hwy 89. Residents and businesses may return to the area. All road closures have been lifted. Thank you for avoiding the area during the incident.
