💪 Men's Health Month Member Spotlight

Throughout Men's Health Month, we're asking some of our male members a simple question:

"What advice would you give another man who is looking to take care of his health?"

Today's advice comes from Blake Abercrombie:

"Trust the process, find a plan, and stick to it."

It's simple advice, but often the hardest to follow.

Too many people give up because they don't see results overnight. Real progress takes time. There will be good days and challenging days, but consistency matters more than perfection.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, improve your energy, or simply feel better, finding a plan that works for you and committing to it can make all the difference.

Every healthy choice adds up. Trust the process, stay patient, and keep moving forward.

👋 Meet Ashton

Ashton is one of the professionals leading our Exercise is Medicine program at LIFT, helping participants build confidence, improve their health, and create sustainable wellness habits.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Human Performance with a concentration in Exercise Science and Wellness and is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist. Ashton is also currently completing her ACSM Obesity Care Exercise Specialist certification, further expanding her ability to support individuals on their wellness journey.

Whether she's encouraging someone through their first workout or helping participants develop healthy lifestyle habits, Ashton is passionate about meeting people where they are and helping them move forward.

Outside of LIFT, Ashton enjoys spending time with family, shopping, and relaxing at the beach.

We're grateful for the knowledge, encouragement, and positivity she brings to our members every day. 💙
