June 14-Eleventh Sunday in Ordinary Time

"The harvest is abundant but the laborers are few." (Matthew 9:37)

Jesus calls laborers to work in His abundant vineyard. Priests and religious men and women are called to serve God’s people with dedication and joy. As members of the Church, we are invited to pray for an increase in holy vocations so that more may answer this call. Could God be calling you to serve as a priest or in consecrated life?

June 12-Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus

The Sacred Heart of Jesus is a powerful reminder of Christ’s endless love and mercy for each of us. Through devotion to the Sacred Heart, we are invited to deepen our relationship with Jesus, trust in His compassion, and unite our hearts with His mission of love and redemption.

In moments of joy and in times of trial, the Sacred Heart reminds us that Christ is always present—offering grace, strength, comfort, and the promise of His unfailing love.

June 11-Memorial of Saint Barnabas, Apostle

The news about them reached the ears of the church in Jerusalem, and they sent Barnabas to go to Antioch.When he arrived and saw the grace of God, he rejoiced and encouraged them all to remain faithful to the Lord in firmness of heart, for he was a good man, filled with the holy Spirit and faith. And a large number of people was added to the Lord. Then he went to Tarsus to look for Saul, and when he had found him he brought him to Antioch. For a whole year they met with the church and taught a large number of people, and it was in Antioch that the disciples were first called Christians. - Acts 11:22–26

June 7-The Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ

"Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me and
I in him." (John 6:56)

Priests spend their lives praying for us, celebrating the sacraments, and guiding us closer to Christ. On World Priest Day, take time to pray for them, asking God to bless their ministry and grow their holiness as they continue to serve the Church with love
and dedication. Consider offering your prayers, sacrifices, or acts of service in gratitude for priests today.

June 5-Memorial of Saint Boniface, Bishop and Martyr

Junen 3-Memorial of Saint Charles Lwanga and Companions, Martyrs

Saint Charles Lwanga was one of the 22 Ugandan Martyrs who courageously defended his fellow young pages from the immoral demands of the ruler Mwanga while strengthening them in the Catholic faith. After receiving baptism, Charles inspired his imprisoned companions to remain faithful and pure, even in the face of persecution and death. He was burned alive at Namugongo on June 3, 1886, and later canonized by Pope Paul VI in 1964.

June 1-Memorial of Saint Justin, Martyr

Saint Justin Martyr (c. 100–165 AD) was an early Christian writer and Catholic apologist who defended the faith during a time of Roman persecution. An apologist is someone who explains and defends religious beliefs, often correcting misunderstandings or false accusations. Through his detailed writings, St. Justin offered one of the earliest descriptions of Christian worship and teachings, helping reveal the richness and continuity of Catholic tradition.

May 31-The Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity

"For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son." (John 3:16)

The Trinity’s love calls each of us to respond generously, offering our lives in service and fidelity. In priesthood, this gift is lived out daily through the sacraments, pastoral care, and witnessing Christ’s love to the world. Might God be inviting you to follow this path?
