I am doing a Chirunning workshop tomorrow night at 6 pm $15 at One to One Wellness. Register with the Rec center or just come. You will learn how to run energy efficient and injury free. Most people have never been given a running lesson on how to run properly. This is your chance to learn how to reduce foot strike impact and use gravity not your legs for speed.

Join me tomorrow night at One to One Wellness for a workshop that will show you how to stretch like the pros now stretch. I use active isolation flexibility training as a primary method to help people get out of pain (especially back pain), improve performance and recovery, and most important increase overall general flexibility. Stretching does not have to be a painful experience:)

Chirunning talk this Thursday 6 pm at One to One Wellness. I will be sharing with you the simple Chirunning concepts of how to run energy efficient and injury free. We ran perfectly as children, effortlessly with low impact. I enjoy teaching the Chirunning technique because it is the quickest method I have found to help people get back into running, run correctly/effortlessly and enjoy it.

I am doing a AIS stretching workshop at the Jackson Rec center this Thursday at 6 pm. This technique is like oil to the tin man! I will show a simple way to develop a flexibility protocol that will actually make you more flexible, reduce injuries and improve your performance as a result. Also I will be sharing with you the three main causes of back pain and how to remedy them. Join us!

Tony Horton, founder of P90x, stopped in the other day to say hi and do a little R&D. Tony has been very successful in the fitness industry but what I love about him the most is his great sense of humor. Very funny guy, enfact he was a standup comedian before getting into the fitness world. He also is in truly amazing shape and not just for his age:) We cannot control getting older, but can control growing up:) Feel and think young. Thanks for the visit Tony!
