The best time to solve event problems is before they become event problems. 😅

A lot of onsite chaos isn't caused by the unexpected stuff. It's caused by the conversations nobody had ahead of time.

That's why we put together this list of 7 pre-production conversations to have with your agency before your event:

✅ Detailed run of show walkthroughs
✅ Backup plans for when things change
✅ Presenter walk-up songs and VOG scripts
✅ Speaker transitions and stage moves
✅ Timer and confidence monitor strategy
✅ Decision-maker alignment
✅ Post-show deliverables and wrap-up plans

None of these are particularly glamorous, but they can make a huge difference when you're onsite and the clock is ticking.

📖 Want the full breakdown? These tips come straight from The Cylski Playbook. We'll drop the link in the comments!

As the year comes to a close, we’re grateful for the incredible clients, collaborators, and community who inspire what we do every day. Thank you for trusting us with your ideas, last-minute revisions, and that one change after final approval!

We hope everyone takes a well-deserved break this holiday season, enjoys time with family and loved ones, and gets a chance to rest, recharge, and step away from the chaos of cues.
