Veggie Breakfast Scramble
Crimini, Shiitake, and Oyster Mushrooms, Arugula, red onion, and eggs
The oatmeal is a mixture of Strawberry and Blueberry Cream topped with Bananas and sprinkled with a cinnamon sugar
This is a great veggie breakfast for those who are trying to get away from the meat or are trying to shed the pounds. Can also be used as a weight gainer (double the size)
There are varies mushrooms that you can try that will give you the effects of meat. Don’t be afraid to try different kind. The kind I used above is an exotic blend.
