If you're in the first camp and freaking out right now because of the markets, you should expect this, it's the markets and they cycle up and down.

If you're freaking out, why didn't you or your advisor have a plan to combat losses if they don't align with you? If you want the growth that the markets provide, then you need to be able to stomach the losses and have a strategy for WHEN losses happen.

If you're in the second camp, you're super excited because your accounts have grown tremendously over the past many years and you're thankful and grateful for that growth 🙏

So much of your reaction to this situation is based on your mindset and outlook. Be careful who you let infiltrate your mind. The financial news is all about fear and disempowerment. If you don't listen to it, you don't fill your mind with that poison. You can still be educated and make smart decisions financially without succumbing to other's agendas at your expense.

Keep in mind the difference in how the wealthy think. They see pull backs in the market as a great opportunity. They know the market is on sale and when it meets the parameters they know to use, they get in and profit.
