For Zabian Boutan, choosing Millsaps meant finding a place where he could pursue Communication Studies while continuing to compete in football.
During his time on campus, Zabian has also built connections through organizations like the Pan-African Student Alliance (P-ASA) and the Male Empowerment Network (M.E.N.), while gaining hands-on experience through an internship with the Sports Information Department.
It’s the kind of environment where students can step outside their comfort zone, get involved in multiple areas, and build relationships that support them throughout college—and long after graduation.

☀️ Camp MRI Session 2 is officially in the books! ☀️ 🩺 From diving into clinical skills to snapping a few required selfies with Mr. Bones, our second cohort of students spent an incredible week mastering healthcare essentials on the Millsaps College campus.
