Chef James P***n is originally from Cape Girardeau MO where he began his Culinary career at his Uncle's Restaurant Showme's. Working as Executive Property Chef.

He then embarked on a culinary journey to Columbia Mo, San Antonio TX, Baton Rouge LA, Vicksburg MS and Las Vegas Nevada. Graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Worked for many talented Chefs including John Folse, Johnny Hernandez, Alan Madonovich, Wilfried Burgerhousen, Billy Malando, and Chris McDonnell.
