So excited for our amazing Exec, Sam Dawson, to be featured in this edition of Big Sky Journal! Sam is creating incredible snow-line inspired dishes in this special cabin of ours, so make sure to come in before our season is over (October 28th will be out last night of service till Dec).

Really feeling this Fall Friday! Join us for our last few weekends before our off-season closure. Walk in for a drink at the bar, or linger longer and join us for dinner. Our happy hour from 5-6pm goes until we close!

As the seasons change so do our menus, so swing in to make sure you don’t miss this house favorite. Our beef tartar is grass-fed New York strip, kewpie mayo, pickled carrots, egg yolk gel, marigolds citrus fern, radish green - served with house made potato chips.
Open Wed-Sun at 5pm. Walk-ins welcome!

Coelette opens up May 17th! As always, a brand new menu of food and drinks, and our patio will be available June 1. New smiles from the team for summer, and a little later in June...our rooftop graces the Jackson skyline 🥰

Beans → tarbais beans | coffee roasted carrot | garlic roasted oyster mushroom | cured egg yolk
Terrine → pork fatback | liver | fig | pistachios | golden raisin | house mustard | walnut rye crisps | pickles
Beets → tallow poached beets | lacto cherry peppercorn dressing | smoked almond horseradish skyr
We’ll be closing for the season on March 30th and reopening on May 17th with our new Summer menu - we cannot wait to share it with you!
