Another one out of here.

Work involved:
1. cut ends off the turbos weld for clamps.
2. Chop all fitting off of the intercooler.
3. Weld new clamp end on intercooler and turbos (make tight radius 90 on both ends.
4. Build both turbos tubes.
5 Build charge pipe from intercooler to throttle body.

People tend to ask me for rough quotes, customer has roughly $1600 in this with parts and labor.

Before pics are first. Reused as much of the customers original tube.

Overshot boost and freaked out. About to make another pass. PB 60ft though

Quick turbo swap on this one.

Rerouted the belt for clearance.
Welded a tab to position bumper on exhaust.
Adjusted charge pipe for new turbo.
Drilled out oil drain for larger bolts.

Customer wanted side exit in this one. He plans to paint it black.

Skated ole girl to work this morning. Going to up and head to Jackson. See if we can get a clean hit off.

Back out cleaned up ready to go. So nice to finally have cold AC on this thing.

Finishing up this aluminum exhaust. Hopefully the new diffuser shows up tomorrow.

4" aluminum split into 3.5 duels out the back.

Repaired a few things on a customers new car.

Replaced 3 coil connectors
Intake coupler
New gaskets on driver side valve cover.

I do basic maintenance as well. If you have a s550 and need anything I can do it. Turbo kits/blower kits to changing plugs.
