So, it must be the Yooper in me. A little snow wasn’t going to stop me, but seriously it should stop you. I had to chissel out enough area to open the doors. As you can see either way to get to us is snow packed.

Don’t worry I’ve made it inside and I’m currently trying to warm my toes.

I love having the Christmas tree up. Ours is full of memories from our childhood and our family. My favorite time is having my morning coffee by the Christmas tree lights. But if you asked me what my favorite Christmas decorations are, it's these little gingerbread men. My Grandma E picked these guys up in the 50's when the JC Penney store was going to throw them out. We put them up every year going up the stairs. My mom inherited them and kept the tradition alive. When we had our daughter, she passed them along to me.
