The man, the myth, the chef legend! Clark is nominated for Best Chef in Best of Jackson Hole, and if you’ve had his food, you know why.
What sets Clark apart is his versatility. He’s just as comfortable creating refined dishes for weddings and private events as he is dialing in smash burgers, chicken sandos, and loaded fries for the Provisions trolley around town. Fancy or casual, he’s always nailing the same thing: incredible flavor.
And unlike a lot of chefs, Clark isn’t confined to a kitchen with four walls. Like a true Jackson Chef, he’s cooked in some pretty wild places. From negative temps near the top of Rendezvous during Kings & Queens of Corbet’s to backcountry lunches for snowmobile tours, and beyond, he brings the same attention to flavor wherever he goes.
