This is an “easy” week for me, only 2 markets this week. Still working towards opening my farm stand, so I will enjoy the “easy” while I can! Rolling out some new items for Ione on Wednesday night: Mimi’s Munchies are ready for the evening markets!

These cookies keep selling out, and custom orders are coming in! I love these chocolate chip cookies with just a touch of Maldon salt flakes on top, and it seems other people do too. Nothing fancy, just a perfect classic with a modern twist. YUM! Get them fresh on Saturday in Sutter Creek, Sunday in Volcano, or place an order for your own dozen anytime.

Weekly calendar of where you can find me. I’m working on some delicious bakes for all the markets: First up, for Ione Market, delicious sweet treats including the trendy Dot Cakes, Cake Truffles and dipped Oreos. For Sutter Creek, I’ll be bringing back the Honey Walnut Sticky Buns, Coffee Cake, muffins, and PIE!!! Peach, Plum, Apple, Triple Berry, Linzer Cherry. Also adding some new individual “Crisps”: Apple, and fresh Cherry! (Washington Cherries are finally available. So sad for California cherry growers! Stupid weather) Stop by Sutter Creek for your Father’s Day pie. Pre-Order now to make sure you get it. Then on Sunday, Volcano Market on Father’s Day, I’ll have Cookies, Cake, Applesauce Cake, Vegan Chocolate Cake with jam, and hopefully some pie (but no guarantees!) First peaches 🍑 of the summer! Pliers ready. (IYKYK) I’m bringing fresh Brown Sugar Crumble Peach Pie to Sutter Health Pop Up in Jackson, 3 - 5, as well as Plum, Triple Berry, Blueberry…and whatever else I can bake before I get there!
