Today is FRIDAY! Which means the weekend is almost here. Earlier in the week I shared about 2nd shift being the most difficult for me, but I want to end the week pointing out one of the best thing about being on second shift— being able to enjoy some exercise (and lounging!) in the pool during the daytime! What’s your favorite way to exercise or relax???

Change can be difficult, am I right? I’m learning that lasting change doesn’t typically come overnight or in one single moment but rather, in the small, seemingly mundane acts that happen in day to day life. What’s your end goal? I’m on second shift this week, and honestly, it is the MOST difficult schedule for me to adjust to. Figuring out a regular rhythm for eating well, sleeping well, and finding family time is HARD. This week, I’ve been really enjoying having a club sandwich each evening for my lunch. Hawaiian Keto bread from and are essential!! Slap on some Turkey, ham, and BACON and you’ve got a quick, low carb treat.

When it comes to products, supplements, etc— it’s more than fair to say that I am a skeptic.
Im starting my journey toward better heath by giving this product a try. (You might be asking, Shane, why do you even need any sort of product to support?? Or Where did you find out about this?? I’ll circle back around to those questions in a later post!) For now, This is just the beginning and hope y’all come along for the ride!
