One long outdated vanity light updated with two new more modern fixtures.
Chair rail installed followed by crazy print wallpaper and paint! 😮‍💨

This customer requested that the trim and walls blend seamlessly, so we utilized the same color for both the walls and trim in the living room and hallway, applying a semigloss finish to the trim and an eggshell finish to the walls. The kitchen, which had a popcorn texture on the walls, was renovated by scraping off the existing texture and applying a skim coat of drywall mud to achieve a smooth finish. Clean, Clean Finish 🫧

Replaced the existing 5’x30” tub with a new 6’x32” tub and surround, necessitating the extension of the end walls due to the increased dimensions. Upgrades included a new drain, water lines, and the installation of a single mixing valve in lieu of the old hot and cold valves. Additional enhancements consisted of LVP flooring, new baseboard,lighting and a fresh coat of paint, culminating in a successful budget remodel.

It’s been a productive week! 24 10’ 5/8 sheets hung, all taped, and 2 coats of mud applied! Letsss goooo 💪🏼

This customer had a flood and had carpet that got ruined so we tore that got the floors as smooth as we could without digging down into the foundation. Filled holes caused by tack strip nails around the perimeter and applied 2 coats of sherwin Williams (armorseal tread-plex). We couldn’t of asked for a better turn out considering what it looked like before 🤝🏼
