Happy National Empanada Day!
I received an email earlier this week from my kids school principal...with a flyer indicating that April 8th is National Empanada Day (hint hint Jillian🤣🤣)...of course she sent it jokingly...but what the Staff at Crawford-Rodriguez Elementary School does not know is that I am going by later today with 100 Empanadas for these AMAZING educators! They're going to enjoy both my Sweet and Savory Empanadas because what better way is there to spend National Get Chunky Day than by feeding our very over worked, under paid and completely dedicated people in our Education System?! 😍😍😍
I am so excited to see their expressions when I walk in with box after box after box! The Principle is the only one who knows of my surprise and she and I CANNOT WAIT! 🥰🥰🥰
