Kitchen Little — the artisan bakeshop and café inside Sandhill Crane Vineyards — is looking for a Bakeshop & Café Assistant to join our small but mighty team!

If you love good food, local wine, and the rhythm of a busy kitchen, this could be the perfect fit.

Position: Bakeshop & Café Assistant
Location: Sandhill Crane Vineyards, Jackson, MI
Type: Part-time, flexible hours (weekends required)

What You’ll Do:
• Assist with daily baking, prep, and café service
• Support our wholesale and event production
• Help with food plating and presentation during tastings and winery events
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Interact with guests in a warm, welcoming way

What We’re Looking For:
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a kitchen or café setting
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Food service or baking experience is helpful, but not required
• Must be 18+ and able to work on-site at Sandhill Crane Vineyards

🦤 Use Sargent or Race Rd now through early September. Brills will be passable when the project allows.
