We had an amazing time at our 2nd Quarter Jackson Collaborative Network Gathering on Tuesday!
It was energizing to be in a room full of partners who are deeply committed to creating positive change in Jackson County. From meaningful conversations to sharing strategies, wins, and real challenges—we’re always inspired by the collective impact this network is building together. 💬✨
A big highlight of the morning was unveiling our new Action & Results page—including the Shared Measurement Dashboard, which is now live! 📊 This tool helps connect the incredible work happening across our community to shared goals and outcomes, making our progress more visible and aligned.

Looking to contribute to those affected by the Reed Manor Fire in Jackson? Our Neighbor's Keeper is accepting furniture and household item donations! Please make sure items are in clean and good condition.
You can also volunteer Monday-Saturday from 10am to 6pm, opening boxes, unwrapping household items, dusting, and storing items. Call (517) 262-3189 for a drop-off appointment or to volunteer. Drop offs are held at Our Neighbor's Keeper at 2301 E. Michigan Ave, Suite 240, Jackson, MI 49202.

Rx Kids has officially launched today for moms and babies in the City of Jackson and Blackman Township! 🎉
This exciting milestone was made possible through the leadership of the Jackson Community Foundation and the incredible support of a powerful group of community champions: Center for Family Health, City of Jackson, Michigan Government, Community Action Agency, Consumers Energy Foundation, Dawn Foods Corporate Giving Program, Henry Ford Jackson Hospital, and United Way of South Central Michigan.
We’re proud to be part of a community that is coming together to invest in families and support healthier beginnings. ❤️ This program will help address immediate basic needs for moms, babies, and families—creating a stronger, healthier future for Jackson!

We're so excited that the City of Jackson and Blackman Charter Township are one of 20 selected communities that will be launching Rx Kids On June 1, 2026! Rx Kids is the nation’s first-ever, community-wide maternal and infant cash prescription program supporting healthier pregnancies and stronger starts for babies!
♥️ Beginning June 1st, Rx Kids will provide all pregnant moms in the City of Jackson and Blackman Charter Township with no-strings-attached cash prescription of $1,500 during pregnancy and $500 each month during infancy! Learn more https://bit.ly/4cOm9vv
