We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team at Spring Mill Country Club!

What you’ll be doing:
• Washing dishes, glassware, pots & pans
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
• Assisting with basic prep and supporting the culinary team
• Helping maintain a safe and sanitary work environment

What we’re looking for:
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• No experience required - just a willingness to learn

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our first ever Pasta Making Class!

We had a great turnout and loved seeing everyone get their hands in the flour, learning how to make fresh gnocchi from scratch. As with any first-time event, we definitely ran into a few challenges along the way and learned a lot about what works and what doesn’t. We truly appreciate everyone’s patience, flexibility, and good spirits as we worked through the evening together.

Despite a few bumps, we think it was a great success and it was wonderful seeing everyone enjoying the process (and the pasta!).

We’re already taking notes and making improvements so the next cooking class will run even smoother, and we hope to host another one again soon.
