Mark your calendar for the Strawberry Full Moon on June 29th! We will roll out of Swamp City Community Cycles with Vie Cycle at 8:30pm for a slow roll around the flats of Ithaca. Deck your bike or human-powered wheels out with lights and join us for a night under the stars.

Beginner bike lessons are live at bikewalktompkins.org/education 🚴 These one hour lessons are perfect for complete beginners of all ages and abilities as well as folks looking to build confidence with the basics of riding. Bring a bike and helmet or borrow ours, and we will get you riding in no time! Sessions available most Tuesdays from 4-6pm and Saturdays 10am-12pm all summer long 😎

The Ithaca-Tompkins County Transportation Council (ITCTC), the Metropolitan Planning Organization for Tompkins County, is seeking a transportation planner to support transportation planning and policy initiatives across Tompkins County and develop recommendations and advance projects related to roadway improvements, active transportation, trails, and transportation safety. Help shape the future of transportation in one of New York's most vibrant and innovative communities! Ideal candidates are excellent communicators, independent self-starters and passionate about planning for a multi-modal regional transportation system. Salary ranges from $60,000-$78,000, depending on experience and work schedule (35 or 40 hours/week).

Yesterday, we kicked off our Growing Well Together walking series at the Ithaca Community Gardens! It was a beautiful evening filled with conversation, connection, and a relaxing walk along the waterfront trail alongside residents from Cayuga Health.
Join us every Tuesday from 5:30–7:00 PM for a recreational community walk beginning at the garden pavilion. Whether you're looking to get moving, meet new people, or simply enjoy the outdoors, we'd love to have you with us. The series runs weekly through July 22, so there's plenty of time to jump in and walk with us!
