We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team. Accounting Assistant responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices. If you have an interest in gaining experience in bookkeeping procedures, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication.

The 9s has new hours effective Wednesday. Aug 1st. Open 4pm to 1am Sunday thru Thursday. Friday & Saturday 11:30 am to 1am.

Okay I would like to clarify my last post about the meeting with Common Council, June 6th, 6pm, city hall. Mark & I want to retire, & do not want the city to landmark the building. If they do, it means we can't sell it for what we need to get, in order to be able to retire here. Historic Ithaca just posted today, that they want as many people as they can get to come to that meeting. This is all out war! They didn't get the Chacona block, so now they want to make sure they get the 9s. These people are relentless. So please come to this meeting if you support us in this endeavor! We need as many people as we can get there.
