April 2 marks World Autism Awareness Day, a day to recognize neurodiversity and the importance of inclusive opportunities. 💙♾️
At Challenge Workforce Solutions, it means creating pathways to meaningful employment and helping workplaces recognize the skills, perspectives, and contributions of individuals on the autism spectrum.
Today, we celebrate the value of inclusive employment and continue our work to break down barriers, support job seekers, and partner with employers to build stronger, more diverse workplaces for all.
