☀️ Having some outdoor fun before school’s out! 🏫

Last week Smith School students got to enjoy a day of outdoor fun! Students enjoyed corn-hole, three-legged & potato sack races, along with hoops, laughter, kick-ball, and plenty of friendly competition! 🏃‍♂️😄

The day ended with an exciting costumed staff race! You’ll have to look through the photos to see who won.🏅

It was a great day of outdoor fun before the school year ends! ✨

🏅 One week ago today, our students were making memories, trying new events, and cheering each other on at the 10th Annual Dryden Games!

This incredible tradition brings students together from across our region for a day of friendship, encouragement, and fun. Judging by the smiles, it's safe to say everyone had a great time. 💙

We're so proud of our students and grateful to Dryden Central School District, the staff and volunteers, and all of the community partners who come together to make this special day possible each year. 💙💜❤️

TST BOCES Adult Education volunteers are working on an variety of projects for Village at Ithaca

🐛 Our students wrapped up a year of learning with some very wiggly visitors!

As part of a year-long partnership between TST BOCES and Cornell Cooperative Extension focused on food waste education and action, our friends from CCE recently stopped by Ms. Rink-Cortright's classroom to educate students about composting, recycling, and reducing food waste. With hands-on activities and plenty of earthworms, it was the perfect way to celebrate a successful year of environmental learning.

Throughout the year, CCE's Master Composters worked with several of our classrooms, bringing engaging environmental education directly to our students! Thank you to CCE for this amazing partnership, we're already looking forward to next year! 🌱

One of our favorite annual traditions, Smith School's Got Talent gives our students the chance to shine on stage and showcase their incredible talents through singing, dancing, playing an instrument, and more.

A huge thank you to our amazing music teacher, Mr. Collins, for coordinating this event! We are so proud of all of our talented performers! 💙👏

Last Friday was a picture perfect day for the annual WOW Picnic! ☀️

Students from our three TST BOCES Career and Tech World of Work programs enjoyed a day of lawn games, BBQ, awards, and celebration as we wrapped up another successful year together.
