Heads up: A storm-tossed tree is down across the 1000 block of Route 89, Taughannock Blvd, blocking both northbound and southbound lanes. The closure is between Cass Park and Glenwood Pines on Ithaca's west hill.
UPDATE: Route 89 has reopened on west hill as of 1am.
