The Blue Flames is a band that plays classic danceable tunes in the blues, R&B, and groove-oriented jazz genres. Instrumentation: guitar, bass, keys, drums.
We're especially geared for the West Coast dance style but can swing too.
Snippets of tunes we do. Some were recorded in the studio and others are live. We play lots of dance music especially West Coast and Swing.
Sorry to announce that The Blue Flames will not perform at the Enfield grange next Friday, March 27th. It was cancelled because of concern of the corona virus. Hopefully they’ll be a rain-date.
