Trading doesn’t have to be: show up everyday from market open to close. Trading can look more like getting into a stock at open, not looking at it most of the day and getting out at the end of the day or it can look like, investing in a variety of stocks and holding them long-term and not looking at them much at all. Find what path works the best for you and perfect it. But don’t expect to just be good at it one day. Trading takes time and patience. So invest in yourself and be patient with yourself.

Today, Cam turns 29 on June 29th, it’s his golden birthday!!

Wow!! Tomorrow will officially be a full year of us living in this home & I couldn’t be more grateful! It has exceeded our expectations in every way & I couldn’t ask for anything more. Sometimes it doesn’t feel real that this house is ours. We have made so many amazing memories in this house in just one year & I can’t wait to continue to make more!!

4 years ago, Cam asked me to make a sign for him to put on his desk. This is exactly what he wanted me to write, “Stay patient. You only need 1-4 A+ set ups a day.”

He wanted to consistently be reminded that he doesn’t need to trade 20+ stocks a day to be successful. You may think that Cam is able to make a lot of money because he trades a ton of different of stocks a day but actually, it’s the exact opposite. Every day, Cam goes in with a plan and only focuses on about 1-4 stocks a day. Otherwise, he would lose his focus and be overwhelmed by trading a lot of different stocks at once.

So instead of focusing on a lot of stocks, try choosing a few and giving your undivided attention to those stocks.
