50 gallon electric water heater install special. Drain and disconnect existing water heater. Install new 50 gallon electric water heater with new supply lines, earthquake straps, and expansion tank (will re-use earthquake straps if possible). Haul away old water heater. Drip pan not included - extra charge if one is needed.
Total cost $1,795 without tax, tax charged depending on area you live in.

How do you take care of sink clogs or slow draining sinks? People buy draino or other products - they actually are not good for your pipes. We suggest using one of those products that you snake down your drain to clean it out - very reasonably priced & great at cleaning out hair balls!!

Our tip for the week! Be sure to drain your outside water hoses, roll up and store away. Turn off hose bibs and cover them for the winter with hose bib covers. You can find them for a couple dollars or less at Lowes, Home Depot or any hardware store. A couple dollars spent is nothing compared to what it could save you in damages - if the hose bib froze and burst!!
